A loose herbal blend grown and foraged locally. Dried and hand-mixed in small batches.

Made to be used to defeat cramps and menstrual discomfort. To promote healthy shedding and support overall for menstrual cycles.

Can be used a variety of ways:

roll your own herbal cigarettes
make a cup or pot of tea (hot or iced)
roll with cannabis to create an herbal spliff
roll with cannabis and tobacco to create a more traditional spliff
make a steam bath or face steamer
burn in ritual or use in ritual pouch
smoke own it’s own in any pipe or device (flower vaporizers ok!)
use as herbal incense
use / burn in spellwork
